Onion: 2 medium (finely chopped)

Tomato: 2 medium (pureed or finely chopped)

Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp

Yogurt (curd): 3 tbsp (optional, adds richness)

Oil: 3–4 tbsp

Red chili powder: 1 tsp (adjust to taste)

Coriander powder: 1½ tsp

Garam masala: ½ tsp

Instructions:✅

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown (around 8–10 mins on medium heat).

2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1–2 minutes until raw smell goes away.
